    Unfortunately bgis is being investigated by Washington state oregon state and now many other states are looking into the illegal activities that have been allowed to happen. 100s of hvac units installed without permits nationwide and charged the company's they are doing installations for permits that were never pulled. There is regional manager telling technicians to replace parts that aren't even bad just to get revenue and sent in email proof so not just speculation but written proof. The better business bureau is also looking into these claims of fraud as a company as a whole. I cannot recommend people enough to stay clear of BGIS as a corporation allowing this to happen to their customers and employees. I had multiple illegal and company policies broke while working for BGIS that is documented and on file. I hope this helps others as I can't imagine someone suffering through what I went through. Unfortunately even after Brian fellows gained knowledge of some of these things no change was made. It's very unfortunate that it goes all the way to the top without any changes made. The united states must be completely different because its horrible.

    If you can make a video about how to deal with a unionized employee who uses / bastardizes the safety laws/ protocols for personal gain…..then you’ve got gold! 15 years working with unionized employees and major companies, such as the Ford Motor Company, General Motors, and large defence manufacturing companies in the United States and Canada . I have run into a lot of scenarios weee employees who are resistant to change. use the safety protocol system as an obstacle or resistance to the company to make improvements to their business.

    I am in a very difficult position. My supervisors are always nice to me. But the lead hand is not. And other workers (specialy male) always are rude to me . I am the only white worker in my department on my shift. Things are always spoken in tagolog. Usually, I know things by picking up words and using Google translation. Or asking around I another departments . I feel left out. And uncomfortable most of the time. It is affecting my health. My performance. And I know I will never move up in the company because of this situation.

    Traffic lights cause more queues and delays than when they are not in service or broken. People are much more alert of others at junctions and roundabouts. People should be trusted more. Traffic lights are used to be all things to all situations. heir use should be limited.

    Now if only we can remove the bias in anti-white hiring practices too. Did you ever notice on an application form that they ask you for 'race' but then define 'white' as a race. Uhm...you do realize there are many different white races: French, German, British, Irish, Welsh. Some folks even mislabel Latin, Eastern European or Middle Eastern folks as white. If you are hiring in Canada the most important question you should be asking that IS NOT present is this: -What is your citizenship status? - Canadian Citizen - Permanent Resident - Temporary Work Permit - Student Study Visa - None of the Above This should be the #1 question used to filter out initial candidates. Its astounding how many people with only a temporary and expired student visa gets hired into our highest paying jobs in this country. You folks should be ashamed of yourselves. All this illegal immigration and overpopulation is your fault.

    prioritys for these guys include , golf a couple times a week, going out for lunch every day, meeting with friends, taking care of kids or family. the ministry of labour in ontario is a joke. these guys dont want to do the paper work that might save your child. they do not charge companys to the max, if you die in construction your lucky to get 20000 for your family. thats pathetic. i believe the ministry need a lot more training as to me they are a huge fail and i can prove it anyday...

    This happened to me. I did not know I was diabetic but suffering from the side affects. I was struggling to complete my normal tasks and eventually landed in a horrible ordeal regarding my productivity and performance. It was extremely frustrating dealing with diabetes side affects. It was completely out of my control.
